Rights, now you are nearly ready to start fulfilling customers orders yourself by the Prime program. However, since you are shipping your products now and not Amazon, you will now be responsible for any returns. Since not all customers are always 100% happy with their purchases, therefore you would need to set up some guidelines or settings to deal with these returns, and here’s how you would do it.
show moreSelect return settings from the dropdown menu of the settings tab in the top right hand side of your cell essential dashboard. On the next page under the general settings tab, select whether you would like to receive return request emails with links to authorize close or reply. Select your default automated return rules as preferred by yourself with an optional override.
Select whether you would like yourself or Amazon to create a mailing label for the return, and select your shipping courier from the dropdown menu provided. If you are going to be doing it, select whether you or Amazon will be supplying the return merchandise authorization number. Then type your return instructions, email response in the text box available below. Click the save settings button at the bottom of the page. Scroll up and click the return address settings tab, and add your address under the default return address.
